This fantastic spread is so easy to make and uses only three ingredients that you may already have in your kitchen. It’s a sweet and sour spread that makes a big upgrade from jellies and jams with added sugar/corn syrup, fruit juice concentrates, artificial/natural flavorings, food colorings, and preservatives. Use on baked goods like bread/toast, mix into yogurt or kefir, or even add to a blended smoothie.

You could add some cinnamon for a more festive flavor, chia seeds or agar-agar for a thicker consistency, or even a protein powder to help you reach your goal protein intake.
