Eating for Health Workshop: Introduction and Barriers to Health

All free to the public.
A five week group program, one hour session a week, to learn about and experience how healthy eating helps you reach your health goals. Sample healthy snacks and drinks with recipe handouts before class. Then enjoy the presentation and discussion. In addition, two volunteer participants will receive four individual sessions to explore their current health status and discover the most effective lifestyle changes for them. These sessions are free as well!
By joining the program you will learn more about your current health, your own barriers to healthy eating, and how to reach optimal health. Leaving the program, you will have developed skills to eat for health, gathered resources to support the positive changes, and collected some excellent recipes and sample meal plans to kick-start your healthy life.
When: August 6th through September 3rd
